Privacy policy & personal data consent

How Benerra collects, uses, and protects your personal data, and what you agree to when you contact us. For visitors from the European Union, processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

Benerra ("we", "us") provides AI voice agents for phone sales and customer service, and AI speech analytics. The site is operated by the legal entity Benerra Innovation Ltd, incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, having its registered address at Unit IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, Innovation One, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and acting as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@benerra.ai.

2. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors of https://benerra.ai/ and forms an integral part of its legal documentation. It should be read together with the cookie policy, the disclaimer, the security & compliance page, and any other relevant document we may add to the site over time.

We collect and process personal data lawfully, fairly and securely, and, where consent is the basis for processing, only on the basis of your informed consent. By accessing or using the site, or engaging us for the AI voice agent services it describes, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and agree to the processing described in it. Where the processing of particular data requires your explicit consent, that consent is requested separately and this clause does not replace it.

3. Our representative in the European Union

Because our company is established outside the EU, we are supported by an appointed representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR — a requirement for any controller based outside the EU that processes the data of people in the EU. You can reach our representative at hello@benerra.ai.

5. What data we collect and why

To provide the service you ask for, we process personal data as set out below.

We do not collect special categories of data, and our site is not directed at children. We do not sell personal data — to anyone, for any purpose. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not use it to train or develop AI models or for any purpose of our own beyond what is described in this policy.

In exceptional cases we may need to collect further personal data beyond what is listed above — only where necessary, only to the extent the circumstances require, and only: to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us; in response to a request or direction from a competent regulatory, tax, law-enforcement or judicial authority; to investigate suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering or a breach of our terms of service; or where you request a service, feature or payment method the data above is not sufficient for. Where this applies, we tell you in advance what data is needed and why, unless the law prohibits that or it would prejudice an investigation. Any such data is used only for the purpose it was collected for, protected to the same standard as the data above, and kept only for as long as this policy or the law requires.

6. Cookies

Two cookies, both first-party, and no advertising or analytics cookies. Our cookie policy sets out each one in full — what it stores, how long it lasts, and every third party your browser can reach from this site.

If you choose “Only necessary”, no region lookup is made and pricing defaults are used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the control in section 4 of the cookie policy, which also removes the campaign tag from session storage. Deleting cookies for benerra.ai in your browser has the same effect on cookies, and the notice will be shown again; a stored campaign tag ends when you close the tab.

The one-time country lookup is performed by GeoJS (get.geojs.io), which receives your IP address for the sole purpose of returning your country code. No identifier is attached, and we store nothing but the resulting region.

Your browser can also hold one value outside cookies, in its session storage: the campaign tag. A campaign tag is the short label a link carries after “f=” or “ref=”, or in its utm_source and utm_campaign parameters. We add one to links we share in posts, event invitations and messages. Some other sites, such as AI assistants, add a utm_source label of their own, and it is treated the same way. Only letters, digits, dots, hyphens and underscores are accepted, so an email address in a link is never used as a tag. If you press Accept in the cookie notice on the page such a link opened, or arrive by such a link after accepting, session storage keeps the tag until you close the tab. Without that consent, the tag is read only from the address of the page you are on and is not stored. The tag goes out with the requests described in section 5 and with the contact form, if you send it. On its own it names only the link; sent with the form, it shows which link your enquiry came from. Keeping the tag relies on your consent, and using it relies on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Where your data lives and international transfers

Site logs are processed on our own infrastructure in the European Union. The contact form takes one step outside it: it is delivered by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), which receives everything the form sends (section 5) and forwards it to us as an email. Our email provider then stores that email in our mailbox. Those two are the only processors that handle a form submission. That transfer is organised in compliance with applicable data protection law and under contractual arrangements with Web3Forms.

Data is accessible only to Benerra staff who need it to answer your request. Where data of EU residents is accessed by our staff from our headquarters outside the EU, such access is limited to staff members who need it and does not itself constitute an international data transfer. Apart from Web3Forms and our email provider above, and GeoJS, which receives your IP address if you accept optional cookies (section 6), we share personal data with no one else, unless the law requires it.

8. How long we keep it

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU or UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither); and to withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. We honor these requests for all our visitors, wherever you are. Write to hello@benerra.ai — or, in the EU, to our representative — and we will respond within one month. We never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Some rights are limited by law. In particular, we cannot erase records we are required to keep under applicable regulation, and we cannot act on a request that would stop us meeting our own regulatory obligations.

When you tick the consent box in our contact form and submit it, you agree to the following:

I consent to Benerra processing, collecting and storing the personal data I have provided (name, email, phone number, company and, if I wrote one, my message) to contact me about my request, set up a consultation or demonstration, and place the demo call I asked for. I understand this consent is voluntary and that I can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@benerra.ai, after which my data will be deleted unless another legal ground requires keeping it.

Submitting the form without ticking the box is not possible; if you prefer not to consent, you can reach us directly at hello@benerra.ai or by phone.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the site. By continuing to use the site after an updated version of this policy takes effect, you accept the update.
